Job Purpose:

This position will be dedicated for ultrasonic cleaning and aesthetic check of watches before technicians’ diagnosis. • This position can support WFJ after sales service admins for ultimate after sales service. • This position will work in-house watch workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ultrasonic cleaning of watches and FJ pieces without diamond settings.

• Aesthetic check of the watches before technicians’ diagnosis and write the conditions of the watches on the diagnosis form.

• Handling incoming / outgoing shipment between repair center and boutiques.

• Handling internal workshop system. • Spare parts stocktaking.

Person Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree of 4-years of university or over the same degree

Work Experience

- 2~3 months more of the experience in luxury (watch) after sales service field.

- Basic ability of spoken / written English

- Basic ability to operate computer (MS-EXCEL / POWER POINT / MS-WORD)
