Job Purpose:
- Well trained repair artisan by global repair skill training program will make KR repair service level be improved more than before.
- This position can play key leading role of ultimate client service with brand vision through product valorization.
- This position can provide the technical information and savoir faire of chanel leather good to internal team people who can communicate to client about leather good repair service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Fashion accessories (especially for Leather good) all-round repair & care service for all accessaries stock and client good following CHANEL procedures
- Execute final quality control for the double check of repaired good to provide the best service quality to CHANEL customer.
- Provide the quotation for the fashion accessaries to be repaired on A/S system or Atelier staff.
- Suggest the optimized care solution for stock as well as client good
- Communicate with technical specialist and after sales ambassador on fashion repair issues with technical expertise and agility on customer needs.
- Explain or Demonstrate Chanel Fashion Accessary simple service directly to client who visit Atelier, if necessary.
- Lead and support training and coaching Atelier staff (especially for FA) so as to improve its technical expertise
- Learn and share the up to date technology, equipment and tools for Fashion repair by mutual exchange of information among global / region and external workshop
- Manage the Atelier fashion workshop equipment, machine and tools with technical specialist
- Closely Communicate with DRC workshop technician for the repair solution or technical mastery
Person Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of 2 years of college or over the same degree
Work Experience
- 3 - 5 years of the repair experience in leather good manufacturer or repair workshop.
Required Competencies
- Good knowledge for repair & care part of Fashion leather good products
- Harmonious communication skill with other parties and people
- Basic ability of spoken / written English or French (preferred)
- Basic ability to operate computer (MS-EXCEL / POWER POINT / MS-WORD)
