Job Purpose:

• This position can support fashion after sales & quality service teams¡¯ admins for ultimate after sales service.

• This position will work at the CASS office in DRC repair center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling internal A/S system for client claims key-in and closing for small BTQ (GRACE).

• Spare parts ordering

• Support overseas repair preparation and Eyewear system update

• Support the following requests by CASS admins.

Person Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree of 4-years of university or over the same degree

Work Experience

- 2~3 months more of the experience in supply chain or after sales service field.

- Good ability of spoken/written English

- Good ability to operate computer (MS-EXCEL / POWER POINT / MS-WORD)

Required Competencies

- Positive & open mind and sincere attitude
