Job Purpose:

• This position can support WFJ after sales service teams¡¯ admins for ultimate after sales service.

• This position will work at CASS office in repair center. Key Responsibilities:

• QC for repaired watch & fine jewelry.

• Handling incoming/outgoing shipment between repair center and boutiques.

• Handling internal A/S workshop system

• Spare parts stocktaking.

• Spare parts receiving & transferring

• Support the following requests by CASS admins.

Person Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree of 4-years of university or over the same degree

Work Experience

- 2~3 months more of the experience in luxury (watch) after sales service field.

- Good ability of spoken/written English

- Good ability to operate computer (MS-EXCEL / POWER POINT / MS-WORD)
