Site Health Specialist JD

Occupational Health Management -Establishment and operation of nationally designated infectious disease response management system (ex. COVID-19) -Occupational health examination arrangement and document Mgmt. for specific site (Pre-post, After-post, Annual) -Health counseling arrangement and delivery -Medical supply & treatment -MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) management -Investigation of harmful factors in the musculoskeletal system  -Initiate and drive health promotion programs -PPE selection and management  o    Point of Contact about PPE selection o    PPE list update and management -Respiratory Protection Program o    Respirator Fit Test machine management o    Respirator Fit test coordination o    Respiratory Protection database management

EHS Compliance -Responsible for EHS performance related to specific site. -Develops legal and other aspects register for specific site.

EHS Program Developing and Management -Oversees the development, planning, and implementation of specific site field environmental, health and safety policies, procedures, business processes and prevention initiatives -Develops and delivers specific site required EHS Field Training -Conducts EHS Management System audits and inspections for specific site -Manages specific site field Office EHS Program

Internal and external communication -Use appropriate communications and escalations to inform upper management of all injuries and emergency incidents, including updates until root cause, corrective & preventive actions are identified and implemented. -Participate in the development of projects and prevention initiatives as well as participate in incident investigations. -Manages specific site EHS performance metrics and uses information to assist in business reporting & decision making.

The Impact You’ll Make

Develops, implements, and monitors company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations. Maintains safety equipment inventory, performs periodic safety inspections, monitors hazardous waste removal vendors, and may assist in consolidating hazardous wastes (chemical, radioactive, and/or medical). Interacting with a variety of departments, conducts training in emergency response and hazardous material handling. Monitors environmental compliance and maintains liaison with appropriate regulatory agencies. Recommends corrective action where environmental health and safety hazards exist. The work of the EH&S Engineer who is an Industrial Hygienist involves industrial hygiene, life safety, and ergonomic compliance-related activities. Interacts with others in the administration of the worker’s compensation program and the implementation of workplace ergonomics and program solutions. Monitors industrial health compliance.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree and about 3~5 years of related experience with nurse license

Preferred Qualifications

With nurse licese, if has industrial hygiene management engineer certificate or industrial safety engineer certificate, it will be preferred

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
