Who you are
• You have supply chain/customer service experience in Retail/home furnishing environment.
• You have confident and clear communication on English both written and verbal
• You have excellent computer skills and high proficiency on Microsoft Office
• You have proven analytical and numeric skills and ability to identify required actions
• You have experience in problem solving and improving ways of working
• You majored in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration at University
• You have 1-2 years of experience with proven performance in the area of expertise (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration)
Your responsibilities
• Configure the order management system for optimal range allocation and administration in each fulfilment unit, in collaboration with the Market Commercial Support Leader and Market Inbound Allocation specialist.
• Review suggested range allocation with capacity utilization in mind to meet availability goals, keep lead time promise at lowest cost, and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop market improvements in working methods, systems, and tools. Implement global routines and systems solutions with all partners in the Supply Chain, Retail, and Customer Fulfilment on the market.
• Contribute to operational and multichannel development, tendering activities, global initiatives, and competence networks.
• Ensure effective communication and information flow to all stakeholders. Align with the group organization and other business partners on relevant topics.
• Promote entrepreneurial orientation and contribute to development and innovation for the organization and IKEA, in cooperation with the Group Functions.
• Consider the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda in the range allocation process across all touchpoints.
