Key responsibility 1:   ADVISING, SELLING & CLIENTELING 

• Assist Sales Associates during presentations (welcome clients, serve the drinks, bring products¡¦)

• Prepare & wrap the products

• Process the sales (prepare product related documents, follow payment procedures¡¦).

• Support sales team in their daily clienteling activities (gift cards preparation, purchase of small client gifts¡¦)

 

Key responsibility 2:   MAISON IDENTITY & EXPERTISE

• Follow Brand visual identity guidelines (visual merchandising, day-to-day maintenance...)

• Provide support for event organization

• Have basic knowledge on High Jewelry, Jewelry, and Watchmaking

 

Key responsibility 3:   CUSTOMER SERVICES  

• Assist Sales Associates during CS presentations (welcome clients, serve the drinks, bring products¡¦)

• Perform CS activities allowed in the boutique (shining, engraving¡¦)

• Prepare & wrap the products

• Process the CS (prepare product related documents, follow payment procedures...) when needed

 

Key responsibility 4:   CLIENT EXPERIENCE & IN-STORE JOURNEY

• Welcome client and ease their waiting (offer drinks, show catalogs, tour of the boutique, inform on waiting time¡¦)

• Support Sales Associates in client presentation preparation

• Review and set-up the workspace

• Check daily the cleaning of counters, displays, and windows

 

Key responsibility 5:   TEAM DEVELOPMENT

• Develop personal knowledge & skills through self training (Maison¡¯s products & competition), group training sessions, and LMS tests (e-learning campaigns¡¦)

 

Key responsibility 6:   OPERATIONS

• Review and set-up back-office sales tools (catalogs, boxes..)

• Contribute to operational tasks (stock counts, safe replenishment, price tags update, consumables management, deliveries pick-up & drop-off¡¦)

• Monitor supply stock (consumables, drinks, stationary¡¦)

• Be aware of products in stock 

• Build operational knowledge on all digital tools (sales, CRM, CS, omni-channel, back office¡¦)

• Comply with Maison¡¯s policies & commercial rules

• Abide by procedures

• Pay attention to product storage and manipulation
