✓ Create seasonal marketing creative and business plans/strategies aligned with the brand direction.
✓ Manage consistent execution of brand standards across all brand aspect.
✓ Manage overall global asset and localization to market.
✓ Help managing the overall marketing budget and ensure budgets are on track to deliver revenue and operating income goals.
✓ Create and manage marketing plans and manage overall contents of SNS channels.
✓ Develop monthly marketing calendar with detailed rollout plan.
✓ Plan, propose, implement, evaluate, and feedback all the marketing activities
✓ Track progress and proactively identify and prioritize projects that are at risk of missing deadlines.
✓ Plan and execute promotional and marketing events including the store opening event
✓ Analyze and review campaign results and report on marketing matrix.
✓ Manage overall plan and execute on CRM program with retail and EC teams.
✓ Work closely with Brand communication, sales and merchandising team to achieve Marketing business goal


[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä]

⚫ 10+ years of trade marketing relevant experience with people managing. 

⚫ Bachelor¡¯s Degree required. 

⚫ High sense of urgency and initiative, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, work under tight deadlines and monitor project process. 

⚫ Highly organized and driven self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects with different timelines along with daily tasks. 

⚫ Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication. 

⚫ Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in both Korean and English. 

⚫ Experience in consumer and retail(apparel or footwear or fashion) industries.
