General for Commercial: 
-     Keep tracking customer¡¯s activities, business plan, technology progress 
-     Builds strong relationships with customers 
-     Monitor demand trend and forecast future demand 
-     Renew the contract and extend the contract term after the initial term ends in a timely manner 
-     Review the annual budget and to make it to the goals 
-     Analyze and improve productivity to maximize the corporate profitability 
New Business Opportunities: 
-     Prepare technical and commercial proposal to the customer in bid 
-     Prepare documentation to get the proposal approval from management 
-     Support commercial lead to negotiate with customer for signing up contract 
-     Join the bidding for Samsung bulk gas and BSGS project 
-     Analyze our own strength compared to other competitors, and share with customer to evaluate Support Samsung Franchises: 
-     Support franchise managers to negotiate with customers in contract new signing and renewal 
-     Follow-up Samsung and other customer¡¯s system update (GSRM,P-EHS,BQMS etc.) 
-     Maintain internal & external various reports 
-     Participate in marketing surveys for semiconductor (DRAM, NAND, Foundry and OSAT) and relevant          industry

Job Requirements

The incumbent should possess (it is recognized most candidates will not have all the qualifications): 
-    Education to degree level or above in relevant major 
-          3~10 years work experience in commercial position or engineering industry 
-          Understanding of financial terms (ex. IRR, NPV, OROI, and EBITDA) with the ability to quickly screen through multiple potential project offerings and opportunities. 
-          Good understanding of the Semiconductor industry and Air Products offerings to the industry. 
-          Strategic thinking and project development skills are required 
-          Excellent interpersonal skills and good at working as a team player 
-          Good communication skills of written and verbal English 
-          Excellent Microsoft skills (specifically Excel skills, pivot tables, etc.) for data 
-          Knowledge and experience in specialty materials and equipment are preferred
