[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] • Provide accurate diagnostics and estimation service for all customers watches. • To provide professional technical assessment and services to our clients • Repair all types of quartz, mechanical and simple complication watches • Examine watches, remove any damaged parts; repair or replace any faulty parts; clean each parts; reassemble, lubricate and adjust the timepiece; test the accuracy of the repaired item • Provide basic polishing-refurbishing service. • To ensure timely completion of all after-sales services and repairs as requested by clients and in accordance to stipulated time frame • Carry our interventions on watches according to internal standards, guideline and ensure perfect technical function of the product • To be responsible & accountable for all client¡¯s products received for services / repair and to handle them with due care • Spare parts management (order new parts ensure sufficient and amount of parts in stock.) • Quality control of all completed repairs. • To ensure all tools and equipment used are calibrated and maintained at a high standard while keeping the workspace clean, organized, and safe. • To work with Retail Team to ensure smooth delivery & support of clients¡¯ repairs. • To work with retail manager on providing technical training to sales team • The ability to execute tasks in professional expeditious and professional manner • To update the repair records in internal application/system for better track of ongoing repairs and analysis. • Follow ongoing internal training program. • Any other task that the management reasonably request.

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] • At least 3 years working experience (able to do 7750&2892 overhaul), preferably in luxury timepiece industry • Watchmaking diploma or certification is preferred. • Focus on quality of workmanship, high level of skill for complete repair/service of timepiece • Take pride in achieving and maintaining quality and productivity targets whilst respecting the guidelines and processes in place • Team player with flexible attitude and good communication skills • Enthusiastic and self-motivated • Need to be accurate, practical and patient, with an eye for detail • Must be able to work well under pressure to meet customer service levels • WOSTEP certification an added advantage
