What you will enjoy doing:
- Communication interface for our clients and guests as well as for our internal departments
- Welcoming and supporting visitors at the office as well as answering phone calls eloquently and forwarding them as necessary
- Manage the conference rooms, which includes organizing catering and technical equipment.
- Support the organization and execution of events and handle any special tasks that may arise.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries and organize and commission courier and taxi services.
- Coordination of external services (e.g. facility management services, IT)
- General office duties (correspondence, scanning, appointment coordination, filing)
- Handling administrative processes such as purchase orders via SAP SRM tool and checking, account assignment and forwarding of invoices.
- Support with data maintenance in IT Systems Preparation(e.g. SAP Concur)
- Planning, organizing and accounting of business trips including application for entry permits/visas
- Support of administrational personnel processes including foreign employees and visitors
- Support in handling onboarding process including preparations for the first working day of the new employees

What makes you great:
- Professional experience as an assistant in comparable organizations 3-5 years
- Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
- Experience in an international engineering company with own fabrication is a plus
- Very good communication skills

- Confident, self-assured and friendly appearance
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP
- Fluent in written and spoken Korean and English
