 - Participate in market survey to collect and analyze competitive salary information to settle
  company¡¯s competitiveness.
 - Responsible for labor cost and headcount plan for Asia region
 - Responsible for annual compensation process such as merit increase, AIP and LTIP payout
 - Conduct data analysis to identify business or people-related issues to support continuous
  improvement .
 - Develop and oversee administration of HR systems to increase HR operational efficiency, ensure
  data integrity and support management and regulatory reporting.
 - Handle HRIS by ensuring accurate employee data, alignment with Global processes and
  calendars
 - Support Global projects and coordinates ad hoc projects as needed.
 - Working knowledge of HR systems and processes with a background implementing HR solutions
 - Knowledge of HR processes (from previous roles, ? i.e., familiarity with employee life cycle
  transactions: new hire onboarding, leaves, employee benefits, terminations, etc.)
 - Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills including the ability to convey
  technical information to non-technical users
 - Strong reporting and auditing skills in order to maintain data accuracy
 - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Analytical mindset with a strong ability to
  identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues
 - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 - Ability to work independently and contribute to team projects.

 - Fluent in English
 - Degree Holder
