1. Performance Management
- Analyze sales data and propose appropriate action plans
- Develop strategy for upcoming season based on market insights and new product initiatives
- Liaise with commercial team at local (Retail, VM, MKT) to develop the actions

2. Buying**
- Select seasonal merchandise and plan product assortment for all categories
- Support Merchandising Senior Specialist during seasonal buying sessions

3. Stock Management
- Allocate seasonal stock by door based on sales analysis
- Oversee store transfer for rebalancing inventory in order to support sales

4. Training
- Train store staff regarding seasonal merchandise
- Provide merchandise books, product maps for each season


[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

- BA degree or above with relevant major preferred

- Min. 4 years of merchandise planning or related experience with direct open-to-buy experience strongly 

preferred

- Understanding fashion basic knowledge in Luxury market

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Fluency in spoken and written English

- Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office
