[General Role]
Overall support to the Senior Art & Window manager regarding the exhibitions of Atelier Hermès and its PR:
including the set up, operation and Promotion. Responsible to enhance company image through the non
profit exhibition activities.

[Major Responsibilities]
-Exhibition Related Responsibilities:
1. Overall activities
• Plan and execute installation and dismantling of exhibition
• Manage exhibition related events such as press conference, opening reception, artist talk and etc.
• Liaise with the Foundation, artistic director and artists

2. PR/Promotion
• Create communication strategy to promote the institution and exhibition
• Monitor magazines and online media about related issues and update coverage report
• Manage and develop digital assets for Korea website and Kakao Plus Friends via communication with AD and E-commerce team

-Communication Events related activities:
• Participate and co-operate the implementation of special brand events initiated by communication team

[자격요건]

• Bachelor’s degree preferably with an art and design focus 

• Ideally over 5 years of professional experiences including minimum 2 years of exhibition coordinating role

• Strong sense of responsibility in relation to the exhibition set up schedule 

• Good communication skills with artists and journalists 

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator and Adobe software 

• Knowledge of the English language and fluent in Korean
