Role Summary:

Clinical Application Specialist is the knowledge expert on the clinical application of the product / solution / service. Drives clinical decision support for products and solutions including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical issues. This position will support customers in Chungcheong, Jeolla and Gyeongsang(partly) territory.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

¡¤       Expert in clinical application of products, supporting Account Managers with decision-making, sales presentations, and demos during customer acquisition.

¡¤       Develop and execute effective clinical sales strategies to expand market share.

¡¤       Collaborate with sales team in conducting clinical evaluations, demos, and presentations.

¡¤       Educate sales team on emerging clinical issues and solutions, staying updated on relevant developments.

¡¤       Provide training for new product launches and ensure optimal usage of equipment through customer education.

¡¤       Train and retrain hospital staff on equipment upgrades or changes in operating procedures.

¡¤       Coordinate application training schedules and provide comprehensive reports after visits.

¡¤       Ensure high-quality training and customer satisfaction, adhering to company's quality policy.

¡¤       Conduct regular customer visits for direct feedback on training quality and customer satisfaction.

¡¤       Report equipment usage difficulties promptly and maintain safety standards at all times.

¡¤       Responsible for reporting customer feedback and completing relevant quality training.

Qualifications & Requirements:

¡¤       Education: Graduate in relevant major like Radiology or Radiological Sciences preferred

¡¤       Experienced in MR scanner clinical domain or new grads majored in Radiology or Radiological Sciences

¡¤       Flexibility to travel to customer site

¡¤       Presentation and communication skills

¡¤       Proficiency in English communication is preferred

¡¤       knowledge in Healthcare industry
