About Position:
Role Summary:
The Revenue Operations Funnel
Analyst focuses on short-term revenue forecast by collaborating with experts
and stakeholders in demand, revenue, inventory, and resource planning.
Revenue Operations Funnel Analyst 는 필립스 코리아 서비스 계약의 Demand, Revenue, Inventory 및 Resource
Panning 분야의 유관 실무자 및 이해관계자들과 협력하여 단기적인 Revenue Forecast를 도출합니다.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
l Responsible
for capturing, consolidating, and reporting the short term forecast on a
weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for the markets.
l Leading
revenue operations daily management activities ensuring risk mitigation plans
are actioned in a timely manner and driving root cause analysis.
l Work in
liaison with customer service sales team to achieve business goals.
l Monitoring
new OIT ensuring transition from sales to start installation lead times are
within the expected targets.
l Driving
continuous improvement to further enhance revenue forecasting process through
automation and process optimization.
l Assist in
creating forecasting models and leveraging analytics tools to enable timely and
accurate sales alignment, reporting and analysis
l Monitor
OIT and backlog for opportunities to accelerate revenue velocity while ensuring
customer experience is not negatively impacted.
l Collaborate
with market leadership on ways to improve revenue reporting and forecast
accuracy.
l Be
accountable for metrics tracking and reporting related to the pipeline and
portfolio.
l Monitoring
KPI’s and making adjustments or improvements as needed.
l Monitor
data quality ensuring it meets the minimum required integrity to ensure
leadership confidence in forecast.
l 주간, 월간 및 분기별 기간에 대한 단기적인 forecast를 수집, 통합 및 보고합니다.
l Revenue
Operation에 대한 Daily Management를 주도하여 Risk
완화 계획이 적시에 실행되고 원인 분석이 이루어지도록 합니다.
l Customer Service
Sales팀(Service Account Manager)과 협력하여 비즈니스 목표를
달성하는데 기여합니다.
l 판매에서
설치 시작 리드 타임으로의 프로세스에 관여하여 새로운 Order Intake를 모니터링하고 예상 타겟 내에 있도록
합니다.
l 자동화
및 프로세스 최적화를 통해 Revenue forecasting프로세스를 더욱 향상시키기 위한 지속적인
개선을 추진합니다.
l Forecasting
모델을 생성하고 분석 도구를 활용하여 적시성과 정확성 있는 Sales관련
Alignment와 보고 및 분석을 가능하게 합니다.
l Revenue Velocity를 가속화하기 위해 Order Intake 및 백로그를 모니터링하되, 고객 경험에 부정적인 영향이 가지 않도록 관리합니다.
l Market 관련 리더십과 협력하여 Revenue reporting과 forecast 정확도를 향상시킬 방법을 모색합니다.
l 파이프라인
및 포트폴리오의 주요 Metric에 대한 Tracking을
실시하고, 보고를 주도합니다.
l 필요에
따라 KPI를 모니터링하고 조정 또는 개선합니다.
l Forecast에 대한 리더쉽의 신뢰성을 보장하기 위해 Minimum required integrity를
준수하며 데이터의 퀄리티를 모니터링합니다.
Qualifications & Requirements:
l Relevant
major’s Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience or MBA preferred.
l At least
5-8 years of industry experience including reporting/analysis experience, or
relevant professional experience is required.
l Advanced
Microsoft Excel skills (modeling, macros, advanced formulas, etc.)
l Strong
analytical skills with the ability to think methodically, reason, embrace
concepts, formulate insights, and present compelling cases for action and/or
arguments.
l Demonstrated
ability to work independently and in a team oriented, collaborative, fast-paced
environment.
l Ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
l Strong
verbal and written communication and presentation skills
l Understanding
of various data management and reporting tools
l Able to
present at senior level.
l Fluency in
Business English.
l 유관

l Reporting/analysis
경험을 포함한 경력 5-8년 이상 또는 유관 경력 필수
l Microsoft
Excel 능통자 (모델링, 매크로,
