This position is responsible for customer centric quality by meeting customers requiremens in accordance with Group's polices and customers quality management systems.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Responsible for driving an effective and best-in-class quality management system & processes towards meeting customer & regulatory requirements. a. Actively engage with all operations to drive a culture of continuous improvement and create standardized processes for quality to ensure compliance with customer, legal and corporate requirements b. Provide influential leadership with company's businesses and functional groups to drive proactive quality improvements based upon customer feedback and internal issues c. Utilizes lean six sigma and other quality tools to implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce process variance by identifying improvement opportunities d. Develop Quality Strategy and promote end to end Total Quality Management to improve customer experience e. Liaise with customers¡¯ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers¡¯ specifications. f. Implement and manage Group-wide customer engagement programs such as Meet My Customer Week, Medallia online Net Promoter Score, Voice of Customer survey etc. g. Review the Digital Security and Information Protection program. 2. IMS a. To lead and motivate a team to develop and maintain HSE Management Systems to meet international standards. b. Developing and maintaining Cluster's IMS Management Program against Group Procedure c. Ensure Cluster's IMS processes and interaction are clearly defined d. To collaborate with IMS Stakeholders to effectively implement IMS to achieve process safety performance target. e. Organizing IMS training program f. Evaluate and continually improve IMS through recommendation to Managing Director f. Lead Management Review of IMS performance through tangible indices
