• Monitor sales performance versus the budget/targets and take necessary actions accordingly
• Application in all stores of the retail excellence training (Based on KPI)
• Develop and implement commercial action plans to grow the business e.g. targeting clientele categories (local/tourists), incentive programs, slow movers etc.
• Monitor local trading environment and trends, including competition, tourism, consumer trends
• Work closely with the Finance Department to provide inputs related to sales forecast, headcount requirements, financial requirements, etc., for budgeting and investment planning purposes
• Do negotiation to secure more attractive location with retailer in dept. and shopping mall
• Develop the brand's business in Korea by identifying potential locations for new stores and provide analysis of potential markets/profitability
Team Management:
• Communicate vision, strategy and clear directions to retail staff
• Structure the organization of retail activity and allocate responsibilities
• Motivate, drive, inform and actively coordinate retail teams
• Monitor sales team performance
Store Network:
• Propose layout adjustments as needed to ensure commercial efficiency
• Uphold excellent standards and consistency of customer service
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Work closely with the Merchandising Department to ensure that the highest standard of merchandising are maintained at all times

• People management experience internally & externally
• Retail Experience
• Good level in English speaking and writing
