[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Employee Relations - Serve as a trusted advisor to employees on all matters related to Employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. - Proactively identify and address employee concerns, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace culture. - Conduct investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions when necessary, in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. - Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
O HR Policy and Compliance - Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices remain compliant. - Partner with external legal counsel to address any legal issues or compliance concerns. - Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits team to review and update HR policies and procedures as needed to reflect changes in legislation or company practices.
O Talent Acquisition - Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to understand recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract talent in the market. - Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with external candidates and industry networks. - Provide a seamless onboarding experience for new hires through regular check-ins and ensure of integrating them into the team.
O Compensation and Benefits - Support the Compensation & Benefits team with salary benchmarking, annual salary review process, and incentive plans. - Provide guidance to employees on total rewards packages, including benefits program, leaves of absence, and other perks.
O Training and Development - Identify training needs and collaborate with Talent Development team and Retail Learning team to make sure relevant training and development programs are delivered for employees at all levels. - Support career development initiatives, including talent review, succession planning, and individual development plans. - Encourage a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement to drive employee growth and organizational effectiveness

- Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR
certification preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of
progressive HR experience in a retail or fashion industry, with a focus on
Employee Relations. - Strong knowledge of
employment laws, regulations, and best practices. - Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels
of the organization. - Proven experience in
recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment. - Analytical mindset with the
ability to interpret HR data and metrics to drive decision-making. - Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
