- Marketing Specialist (or Sr. Specialist) in B2B Marketing team *°æ·Â/¿ª·®¿¡ µû¶ó ŸÀÌƲ ºÎ¿©¿¹Á¤
Key Outputs Campaign management - Plan, manage and integrate marketing campaigns with related teams and persons including timeline, budget, action plan, key strategy, messages and actions - Lead marketing event for lead generation and brand desirability - Benchmark local activation with international best practices and local competitive environment - Explore partnership opportunities Product launches and key projects - Responsible for the full portfolio of coffee, machines, accessories and services. - Continuous review of the portfolio performance to understand and lead possible optimizations - Annual deep dive on market, trends and competitive development to fuel the local category strategy (in line with the global strategy) and marketing plan - Plan annual promotion scheme and execute market specific local initiatives for office and Horeca channels - Support continuous improvement through conducting pre- and post-evaluations of product launches & themes Consumer experience - Analyze and design optimized consumer journey and consumer experience, based on customer feedback, internal/external data & insights - Drive continuous improvement and ensure consistency across all touchpoints within the consumer journey by developing improvement initiatives - Contribute brand experiences and offer new coffee moments to customers in the area of coffee, machines, accessories and services for office and Horeca channel Communication - Enhance Nespresso Proressional branding and premium positioning while ensuring compliance with brand standards and HQ guidelines - Develop communication strategy toward customers to increase awareness and generate qualified lead - Responsible for end-drinker-faced content including digital media, press material, advertorial etc
Education: - University degree in marketing, commercial or equivalent Professional experience: - At least 5 years experience in sales driven marketing - Work experience with cross functional team is a must - Brand and product marketing experience is a must - Experience in premium/luxury brand is preferred - Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking
