a. Take part in the preparation of the Cluster/Entity business case for a product or service
b. Assess cost and resources required for the implementation of programmes
c. Check Product compliance to regulation and group standards
d. Assess and validate potential sales to consolidate with Marketing plan
e. Communicate the pricing policy and sales channels of the product line and develop solid sales arguments
f. Participates in customer satisfaction surveys on the product/service provided by Air Liquide
2. Product Profitability Performance
a. Define and control consistency of sales objectives according to market objectives and ensure validation by the Commercial managers
b. Follow-up KPI and ensure continuous improvement in collaboration with Commercial teams
c. Use controlling tools, understands costs evolution & drivers assessed by Controlling & Supply Chain
3. Training & Coaching
a. Assess sales force capability to promote the product line or service and propose training plan
b. Aid the Commercial teams to develop the appropriate Sales Documentation, training modules and work instructions.
c. Ensure the country adoption and use of these documents
d. Train country' teams (sales force, sales administration, industrial operations) on product or programme related information
e. Keep Product or Programme deployment KITs updated
4. Promotion & Communication
a. Coordinate actions at entity level to implement the necessary IT tools to support the product range or service
b. Organize local operating model for these tools in compliance with IS support standards
