Direct Report to
B2B HORECA Sales Manager

Main Purpose of Job
- Drive sales & Nespresso brand awareness: meet and exceed direct sales goals within assigned territory
Ensure and implement the customer POP aligned with Nestle brand strategy to: new products, assortment, pricing, merchandising and promotion
Prospect, develop and close new business while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
Make regular call visits in line with the route plan to ensure effective implementation and timely solutions for in field operations problems
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting
Daily follow-up sales figures vs the set sales target: tracking sell-in/sell-out on Nessoft
Identify and manage risk in his/her business activities and take responsibility for reporting risks in a timely, open, and appropriate manner

Key Outputs
Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPI for the assigned Area, in designated territory
Identify sales opportunities within designated territory
Acquire new customers by following the Nespresso B2B Sales Process
Selection of customers (prospects) via different tools and sources
Usage of SAP Customer on Demand (CoD) and recording all above activities into (CoD)
Provide market intelligence to B2B HQ Team
Cold Calling and Visiting of selected prospects
Increase business with existing customers
Identify potential/existing HORECA accounts and design & execute tailor-made plans in order to continue to develop our business
Selling new machines to be placed in different venues within the customer¡¯s premises and increase the average consumption of existing customer
Compliance with Nestlé and Nespresso business principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations


Job Requirement
Degree holder in Sales & Marketing, Economics or other related disciplines
Minimum 2 years B2B direct sales experiences
Demonstrable track record of consistent over-quota sales performance
Extensive experience in prospecting, driving, and closing complex enterprise sales cycles
Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, open, collaborative, passionate and driven environment within a strong team culture
Positive contributor to team values: Motivation, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Teamwork, Customer-Focus
Good command in English communication is a plus
Advanced computer skills, particularly with the MS-Office applications
Valid driver's license
