[ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES]

Optimize sales by achieving sales goals with assigned accounts.  

Accountable for selling products to assigned accounts. 


Lead seasonal trade show to encourage accounts engaged in strategy and manage relationships with accounts for more business opportunities. 


Develop accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans.  

Use advanced skills for strategic account/product planning and analysis of assigned accounts.  

Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.


Establish and maintain timely, consistent and responsive external and internal relationships.  

Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer¡¯s business.  


Solicit and submit orders from accounts for each booking period and communicate shipping information.  

Meet all order management deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.


Drive sales and build relationships by facilitating events.


[REQUIREMENTS]

More than 7 years of sports product (footwear) industry field sales experience. 

Understand the competitive market, customers and trends.

Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability.

Be able to develop accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans. 

Proficient in speaking English is preferred. (Both verbal and written)
