O Strategic Planning & review
- Work with marketing director to develop and implement the long-term and yearly communication strategies across all functions
- Analyze the implementations of all communication strategies and campaign KPIs
- Analyze group/local MI data to implement in campaigns
- Track brand performance(KPI)
- Competitor¡¯s activity monitoring

O Public Relations
- Plan strategic PR initiatives and execution PR campaigns including editorial production
- Secure a close relationship with key media, KOL, local artist community
- Identify future opportunity for 3rd party activation and collaboration

O Digital
- Digital monitoring and DA management(Naver / Kakao / etc)

O Event
- Propose annual event calendar (off site & in-BTQ)
- Supervise pre/post event report and KPI achievement

O Budget Management
- Responsible for communication budget planning and follow-up
- Track and manage monthly, quarterly, yearly A&P spending and expenses

O People management

- Min. 7 years of experience in communication (luxury fashion, watch & jewelry industry experience is a plus)
