▷ Responsibilities
- "Monitor logistics activities and oversee external circumstances and requirements. Collaboration with internal Company functions for continuous logistics service level enhancement for better service and cost optimization.
- Develop & execute tactical Logistics Road Map for short and long term plan
- Logistics business scope, qualification, Logistics networking for optimal Logistics services
- Evaluate risk management plans (i.e SHERQ, , EHSS, BCP ) that incorporate into all logistics service Scope"
- Review Logistics service provider Performance, regular monitoring and review of their Weekly/Monthly performance to ensure a reliable and up-to-Company standard service as per the Logistics business scope.
- Develop, Manage and Implement Policy and Procedures in assigned facilities in order to ensure service level and delivery of logistics target through Service providers and Logistics team
- Manage KPI targets, Transportation lead-time, OTL, inventory levels, warehouse / storage costs, service standards, and monitor and review the performance of all supply chain and logistics activities incl. planning & control, inventory management, storage, warehousing, logistics, transport and distribution.
- Manage Supply Chain costs as per budget and liaise with stakeholders to support business goals and strategy. Prepare budget planning cycle and manage it utilization within assign region Logistics Budget and Cost Management:

- Advise, challenge and support SCM department on operational issues and improvement opportunities. Lead discussions with internal Customer Service team, Planning, BU & Sales team and other functions to effectively resolve logistics issues and to optimize both logistics costs at agreed service levels
- Explore Network modelling, Total Cost In/Out & Process Enhancement with target to provide potential optimization and continuous improvement. Including Crisis Management within assigned region

▷ Qualifications 

- 8 years working experience in Logistics or Supply Chain management with experience in Warehousing, Land and Marine Transportation, Forecasting, Scheduling and related SC/ Business operation activities 

- Academic education (Master degree or Bachelor degree), preferably major in Logistics and Supply Chain and/or Economics, MPA, Engineering, Information System, Finance 

- Experience and interacts with BUs, Supply Chain, Risk Management, Finance and Legal 

- Good exposure and adaption in working in different organizations with different systems & policies 

- Preferably involve in sourcing of marine, warehousing and logistics services 

- Strong Business Acumen, Analytical experiences and costing. 

- Strong financial background and knowledge 

- Excellent communication skills and tactical planning skills
