Accountable for managing &
negotiating various global, regional and local commercial agreements with key
airline partners with responsibility for implementing initiatives and
strategies to drive commercial effectiveness in the both markets. ¡¤
Lead the local teams to build
and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders and potential
business partners; which includes representing Trip.com at all airline and
industry events in Korea and Japan; ¡¤
Analyse complex data and use
insights to drive revenue generating / share shifting actions for the flights
line of business ¡¤
Provide analyses of
competitive environments and identify proactive sales and commercial
initiatives accordingly ¡¤
Establish effective networking
partnerships between new and existing contacts to support the development and
implementation of innovative commercial business opportunities
¡¤ Responsibility for working with various internal stakeholders including but not limited to Marketing, Flight Product, Revenue Management and Operational teams in both Shanghai and across the APAC region [ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] ¡¤ Bachelor degree or above, above 10 years of senior commercial experience within an Airline, Agency or GDS background ¡¤
Consistent and proven track record in successfully managing
key accounts and driving revenue growth ¡¤
Self-starter mentality, intrinsically motivated and
comfortable blazing a completely new path and defining innovative solutions for
our airline partners ¡¤
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, must be
able to use data to identify underlying trends and make informed commercial
decisions ¡¤
Proven and demonstrated
experience with leading and closing commercial negotiations ¡¤
Proven experience managing and building client
relationships and growing business success in a B2B market ¡¤
A good knowledge of travel industry and previous
experience with travel technology products preferred ¡¤
Ability to work autonomously and lead a
wide variety of projects at a time whilst working to strict deadlines. ¡¤
Superior knowledge of the
online travel market as well as an understanding of primary sales channels
operating within this environment. ¡¤
Experience developing and
implementing initiatives to drive performance with key airline partners. ¡¤
Cross functional experience
(product development & project management experience) ¡¤
Results orientated and
experience working to strict deadlines ¡¤
Excellent presentation and
communication skills ¡¤
Willingness to travel both
domestically and internationally ¡¤
Language skills: Proficient English
is a must. Korean and Japanese language capabilities will be strong pluses. |
