[Tasks]

- To act and perform daily tasks as the Company¡¯s legal counsel reporting to General Counsel. 

- To provide legal advice to the business units and management of the Company in the course oftheir daily operation (incl. contract review, legal documentations etc.) and projects. 

- To support court litigations and government investigations, incl. strategy development, steeringand managing outside counsels etc. 

- To support the Company's efficient and proactive legal risk management, incl. planning andconducting employee trainings or company-wide projects. 

- To support the Company¡¯s corporate secretarial works such as preparing and updating theCompany¡¯s charter documents, renewal of registration of directors/statutory auditor etc. 

- To implement HQ¡¯s global or regional initiatives.

Job Requirements

[Education]
- Korean Law School; Admission to Korean Bar
- Thorough knowledge of corporate and business laws, civil laws, competition laws, privacy dataprotection laws, rules and procedures in various form, and a good understanding of Anti-Briberyregulations such as the FCPA and other integrity related regulations


[Experience]
- At least 5 years of work experiences
- Experience at law firms or in-house legal departments at global corporations


[Specific knowledge/Competencies]
- Strong ability to think strategically and take decisions in economic, complex and internationalbusiness relations contexts
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation and advisroy skills
- High level of integrity, motivation, good interpersonal and communicative skills and team spirit
- Strong capabilities communicating, interacting and managing the relevant internal and externalstakeholders in problem solving process
- Able to work independently and reliable under high pressure, possessing exceptional timemanagement skills
- Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with specific deadlines; able to judge and set priority oncertain tasks
- Fluent in business English (negotiation level)
- Good computer skills (standard office software)
