IT Business Analyst (´ë¸®±Þ)

Provide day-to-day functional support for business applications including incidents and service requests to manage and control systems and all the interface related.
- Understand the challenges and impacts of business processes.
- Understand business and data flow and gather issues and requirements to ensure successful utilization of applications.
- Collaborating with Business / IS project manager by understanding business needs and being able to translate this into understandable, actionable requirements.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into Design (functional and technical specifications)
- Propose technical solutions in line with demand and as a priority via a core model logic.
- Strong interaction and collaboration with colleagues from APAC and HQ
- Support business teams during project test phases, as well as on the RUN
- Ensure adequate training on how to use systems to perform business operations is efficiently organized and conducted to new hires and to operational staff.


[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT Business/System Analyst role
- Experience in IT system operation and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of business processes and experiences to optimize its processes and suggest/implement most suitable solutions.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand complex business processes and requirements.
- Analytical thinking (symptom – problem – solution)
- Excellent Korean and good English written and verbal communications skills.
- Database and SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in supporting POS and Omni processes is a plus.
- Experience in the multinational retail industry is preferred.
