Core Accountabilities
- Inspect project documentation
Design shop layout in AutoCAD and issue schematic design package to
vendors for further development and manage through construction document
- Work with NY to follow design manual updates
Communicate closely with NY to develop retail/outlet stores
Supervise vendors to review drawings and finish samples
- Inspect/control construction and millwork to meet
approved design
Collaborate with decorative managers/VM for ordering and follow up
- Maintain project files related to store opening
including punch list, photos and etc.
Manage project schedule and cost
Requirements
- U-grad in Interior/Architecture or related field
with more than 10 years of experience in
Brand/Residential/Commercial/Hospitality Architecture/Interior Firms
- Proficient in AutoCAD. Able to produce plan, and
elevations, as required per project specifications.
- Organized and accurate record keeping skill/
Ability to self-manage to meet required deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to
effectively get cooperation from stakeholders and vendors.
- Proficient level of English in writing & speaking
