지원 자격

l     대학(4년제) 졸업자 또는 그 이상의 학력 소유자

l     5년 이상의 렌터카 업체 근무 혹은 유관 업무 경험자

l     중국어 또는 영어 능통자

l     제휴 렌트카 업체 및 파트너사와 원활하고 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유

l     렌터카 업계 트렌드 분석 및 인사이트 도출 역량 보유

l     비즈니스 전략 수립 및 실행 가능 역량 보유

l     해외 출장에 결격사유가 없는 자

Job Description

l  To develop procurement strategies that are inventive and margin-contributing and screen reliable and competitive vendors in local market.

l  To build and maintain vendor relationship and secure advantageous terms, competitive and stable supply, and acquire campaigns from vendors based on data forecast and analysis. 

l  To assist and push the launch of vendor resources and campaigns, including but not limited to the relevant communication on possible trainings, campaign requirements and system configuration that may be involved in the process.

l  To handle escalated complaint from service team: work closely with customer service department to handle or provide assistance on escalated complaints. Capable of drawing  inferences from one instance, summarize specific cases and output service improvement plans.

Job Requirements

l  Bachelor degree or above, fluent in Korean and Chinese, English will be a plus (for cross-functional/ cross-region collaboration) 

l  Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills.

l  A minimum of 5-10 years working experience in position within car rental companies or related industry.

l  Strong logical thinking capability and data analysis capability, good learning ability and resource integration ability.

l  Strong BD sense in related industries or travel/hospitality industries.
