[업무요약]
The major function of this position is to act as a key interface between company category team and local strategic suppliers, responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies through partnering with Korea supply base for company.
*Main materials Korea sourced: Boat engine parts (all), part & accessary is similar to Auto OEM’s engine and accessories.
[세부업무]
- Develop and manage sourcing team in Korea
- Support Commodity Management Strategies.
- Managing interface to suppliers and internal customers
- Proactively identifying, assessing, and controlling supply chain risk
- Ensure the appropriate Implementation of Company Procedures and Policies.
- Work with Global Procurement and business stakeholder to support business priorities.
- Manage sourcing process, commercial negotiations and contracting, to generate cost savings and process efficiencies.
- Develop, coordinate and implement quality strategies required for the continuous improvement of the supply base.
- Lead sourcing projects with clear project objectives and project plan, adjust quickly and attains goals when environment changes.
[Requirement]
1. 학력: 엔지니어링 학위 또는 유사 전공
2. 경력: 10년 이상 (소싱 관리 및 People & Project leading 경험)
3. 기타:
- 영어 비즈니스 레벨 이상
- 자동차, 선박 품질/소싱 시스템에 대한 이해
- 해외영업, SCM만 하신 분 지원불가
[Preference]
- CPSM (구매자격증) 보유자 및 MBA 우대
- 중국어 이해 가능자 우대
[Knowledge & Skills]
- 전문적인 협상 능력
- 프로젝트 및 공급 관리 능력
- 과제의 우선순위를 정하고, 정리하고, 위임할 수 있는 능력
- 소싱/구매 포지션에 있어서 탁월/전문가적인 리더십 능력
- 공급업체 및 내부고객의 공통적인 문의사항에 대응할 수 있는 능력
- 컴퓨터 활용 능력(이메일, 데이터베이스 활동, 워드 프로세싱, 스프레드시트 및 그래픽)
- Die casting, machining, heat treating, assembly and paint 같은 제조 공정에 대한 작업 지식
- 회사 및 공급업체 네트워크 내의 모든 조직 수준과 효과적이고 전문적으로 상호 작용할 수 있는 능력
