Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

 

¡¤ Deliver/execute end-to-end Talent products/programs in the market

¡¤ Support end-to-end Talent initiatives roll-out and lead some of them subject to the criticality

¡¤ Provide HR Business Partner service and support to business & commercial organization

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1) Talent Partnering

• In collaboration with the relevant HR Business Partners, drive consistent, timely and seamless implementation of all Talent global core programs and solutions; and local initiatives and services

• Analyze business demands and consult HRMs regarding tailored Talent solutions (non-core) for the identified business needs. Design and deliver non-core products and services in the support area while driving alignment and consistency between the functions and markets

• Contribute to channel information flow between the Talent organization and business/ function: manage core program implementation for business/function and collect business needs for communication back to Talent organization for input into core programs.

• Ensure implementation of mandate trainings legally required – locally & globally

• Define, document and track individual development data and build a quarterly report on the key performance indicators of global and local talent initiatives.

• Define and support HRMs in the yearly assessment of training needs to feed into development needs analyses.

• Problem solving, Innovation, Ownership

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good PowerPoint, MS-office skills, SAP experience is a plus

• Good Labor Law/ Market trend knowledge

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management)

• Minimum of 4 years progressive work experience in the field of HR; preferably in an international organization

• Project management experience preferable

• English fluent (written and oral)

• In cooperation with the HRMs co-facilitate workshops and meetings (e.g. succession & talent conferences, team development workshops etc.) where it aligns with the Talent Partner role.

• Support any global Talent ad hoc requests and other initiatives as required.

 

2) HRBP for Commercial

• Support organizational changes/ people transitions.

• Guide business/people with day-to-day consulting and HR advice

• Help managers with organizational, people, and change-related issues.

• Collaborating with Talent acquisition team on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment

• Work on end-to end employment process with HR service (GBS), TA/Reward teams

• Manage HR operation process and improve employees¡¯ experience/ seek innovative solutions to drive efficiency

• Support Org. change management process and smooth cultural/organizational transition

• Communicate employees/business to deliver programs and educate them – HR program/policy/initiatives.

• Support managing of Employee relations and investigation/required process

• Be part of change agent to drive HR new initiatives
