[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] - The Sales Planning Specialist is responsible for providing support in generating and disseminating comprehensive sales reports, facilitating communication with regional finance departments, and coordinating monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities. - The role involves coordinating wholesale operations, managing business documents, and providing administrative support, ensuring effective sales planning and operational efficiency across retail and wholesale channels - Provide daily report by store and share with related departments - Weekly and Monthly sales report with commentary to APAC in HK - Provide support on business & operational communication with APAC finance and BRAND¡¯s Finance dept. - Monthly S&OP report or PPT preparation & arrangement between relevant teams - Provide support on financial budget planning in revenue, store KPI and monthly rolling forecast - Rental and sales commission settlement for landlords in retail channel - Monthly operation expense settlement for DTC stores - Commission and expense settlement for agent staffs in Department channel - Settlement of other business-related expenses - Manage retail subsidiary material from allocation to store, placing new inventory order, receiving process and cost settlement - Daily sales data verification from retail stores, reporting, correction if needed - Data management in ERP in master data creating, revision and sales related information - AR discrepancy verification and adjustment in ERP compared to department¡¯s POS - Wholesale operation in shipment arrangement with wholesale account, placing order for delivery and post sales in the system, collecting sell-thru data and inventory status by account - Business documents management related to retail and wholesale business such as business agreement, commission contract with agent staffs in department stores - Traffic counter and Storeforce installation, master data management, monthly cost settlement - And any other administrative support tasks as required - Great relationship management that delivers results through effective teamwork - You¡¯ll be a proud custodian to our BRAND¡¯s culture, embodying what we stand for and encouraging others to do the same - You¡¯ll help build a highly engaged team – ensuring a collaborative culture and providing guidance & support to other team members - You will take ownership for your own development, proactively seeking out feedback to build self-awareness - You will bring the outside-in; you¡¯ll share best practice across the team/business and encourage ideas sharing as well as collaborative problem solving - You¡¯ll lead the way and role model on all things DE&I & wellbeing

- Bachelor Degree in any
discipline - At least 2~3 years of sales
planning, analyst and administration experience gained from retail industry
(footwear/ fashion apparel field preferred) - Demonstrate good
understanding of retail landscape and be comfortable with the dynamic business
environment; possess good knowledge of store operations and retail systems - Exceptional communication and
interpersonal skills - Excellent facilitation and
presentation skills - Strong customer service mind
and team player - Positive attitude,
open-minded, not afraid to take initiatives - Proficiency with the
Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
and Korean
