Join DuPont Electronics & Industrials in Korea as a Scale-Up Engineer in our Semiconductor Technology Development team.
We are looking for passionate and innovative individuals to help us advance our cutting-edge photolithography products from the lab to high-volume manufacturing. This role involves the validation and scale-up of photolithography materials and the continuous improvement of processes such as filtration process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead product development project to successful scale raw materials and processes from laboratory scale to high volume manufacturing
Conduct lab experiments, analyze data, and document findings
Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving, developing improvement plans and performing root cause analysis
Utilize DOE (design of experiments) and FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis) tools to approach solutions
Engage with customer to understand market trends and prioritize quality improvement initiatives
Actively participate in EH&S (environment, health and safety) programs to ensure high safety standards
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor¡¯s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material science
Strong understanding of polymer/organic chemistry and chemical engineering
Knowledge of organic analysis (GC, LC, GPC, NMR and IR) is a plus
Understanding of mass transport phenomena is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple projects with varying deadlines and commitments
Ability to lead deep technical discussions and market/customer discussions
Good communication skills in both Korean and English
