주요 책임:
데이터 기반 장비 하드웨어 및 공정 성능 개선을 통해 장비의 가용성을 높이고 사이클 타임, 비용 및 수율 손실을 줄입니다.
장비 성능을 최적화하기 위해 장비를 업그레이드하고 재설계 합니다.
예방 유지보수 절차 및 일정을 개발하고 개선합니다.
Fab 관리 및 장비 기술자에게 데이터 분석 및 개선 조치를 전달하고 커뮤니케이션 합니다.
복잡한 교정, 유지 보수 작업을 해결하고, 테크니션의 기술 향상을 위한 학습 자료를 만듭니다.

요구되는 역량 :

DuPont Litho within Electronics & Industrial Business unit, as an exciting opportunity for a Functional Equipment Engineer in Cheonan, Korea. This role is pivotal for providing technical support to manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering teams, as well as defining and implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Enhance equipment availability and reduce cycle time, costs and yield loss through data driven equipment hardware and process performance improvements.
Upgrade and re-engineer equipment to improve equipment performance.
Define and improve detailed preventive maintenance procedures and schedules.
Present and communicate data analysis and improvement actions to FAB management and equipment technicians.
Assist in resolving complex corrective maintenance tasks and documents lessons learned to improve technician skills.
Lead cross functional continuous improvement teams to implement solutions that address the root cause of problem areas.
Must be able to work and manage several projects in parallel and execute to commitments.
Your Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar fields
Preferably 5+ years of experience in a related role
Prefer experience with Photolithography Equipment such as CANON Scanner, NIKON scanner TEL ACT8, Lithius. KLA EDR SEM , KLA fx200 , KLA SP2 and SP7 is highly desirable.
Strong technical capability, including knowledge of pneumatics, robotics, electronics, and semiconductor processes
Professional verbal and written communication skills in Korean & English
Flexible work shift Schedule (9:00-18:00 3weeks/month / 16:00 -24:00 : 1week/month)
