Your key responsibilities
- Create valuable integrated solutions and draw sustainable outcomes from customer's needs & insight
- Provide laboratory automation solutions based on customer's unmet needs to increase satisfaction.
- Manage automation buying cycle to sustain customer satisfaction and align with automation MKT strategies.
- Define and promote Roche Healthcare Consulting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct and expand expert consultancy to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions and processes in and outside the laboratory.
- Identify customer needs and find possibilities for improvement and summarize and share findings in a comprehensive and attractive way
- Contribute to making the company a reliable partner, and develop and maintain enduring, value-driven relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across departments.
- Share relevant insights/developments and ideas with other teams.
