Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Hyland Alfresco platform.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Develop and maintain workflows, document models, and content types within the Alfresco framework.
- Perform system configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Alfresco platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Alfresco and Hyland technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Hyland Alfresco.
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of the Alfresco Content Services and Alfresco Share.
- Experience with Alfresco SDK, REST API, and Web Scripts.
- Familiarity with Hyland OnBase is a plus.
- Solid understanding of content management principles and document management solutions.
- Experience with database technologies, such as SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
