3. Budget Allocations:
Manage advertising budgets and allocate funds effectively across different campaigns and channels. Monitor expenses, optimize resource allocation, and provide regular budget reports.
4. Media Planning and Buying:
"Lead the development of media plans and make informed decisions on media buying and placement to maximize reach and impact. Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with media partners.
5. Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
6. Contents Collaboration and Partnership:
Lead the development of engaging contents for digital platforms, including website, social media, etc. "Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, content creators, and other relevant entities on new media platforms to amplify brand reach and engagement. Develop creative and innovative activities that align with brand messaging and objectives. Determine the scope, goals, deliverables, KPI for each campaign."
7. Performance Analysis:
Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize campaign effectiveness.
8. Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including setting goals, managing workloads, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus. "Over 8 years of experience in Advertising, Digital
Marketing, with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment."
- Significant experience in advertising, marketing, or a related role, with a proven track
record of successful campaign management and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of advertising, strategies, and best practices across various
channels, including digital and traditional media.
- Proficiency in media planning and buying, including negotiation and contract
management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and
motivate team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and



build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously,
meeting deadlines and achieving desired outcomes.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, consumer behavior, and
emerging advertising technologies.
