<Job Description>

Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements

Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns

Inspect and evaluate the shortage items and resolve shortcomings

Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies

Involve project team as a SCM window make sure all SAP data is ready for secure material on time according to MLC status   

Close communication with HQ in Germany for SCM issues

 

 

<Job Requirements>

Proven work experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role

Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Fluent English communication skill

Understanding Microsoft Office and business application SAP MM Module

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or industrial engineering or a similar field preferred

Familiar with Power BI and RPA tool will be plus
