Main tasks
You will carry out delivery and operation activities for infrastructure technical services and components, in production environments.

Main tasks for this position:
• Design local network architecture together with global N/W architect
• Manage local firewall rules in industrial IT network
• Work under supervision & routine direction
• Resolving /incidents/problems/requests using instructions
• Interacts with and influence immediate colleagues
• Have internal contact with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Work with preventive maintenance and Pre-Check
• Receive specific instructions and has work reviewed at frequent milestones
• Determine when issues should be escalated to a higher level
• Interact with and influences team/project team and partner team members
• Support colleagues in line activities and implementation phase of projects
• Work under general direction within a clear framework of accountability
• Plan own work to meet given objectives and processes
• Collaboration and cooperation with HCL on OBO tasks and with end users and stakeholders
• Responsibility includes work cross functionally with HCL
• Participate in regional /global activities related to own domain

경력사항: 경력(5년 이상 )
학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업 이상

• Supports business in prioritization of scope 

• Understand the current business process and good understanding of how to balance business needs and take decisions to prioritize. 

• Excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards, including Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, Virtualization, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery. 

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware such as servers, routers, bridges, switches, hubs, modems, network interface cards, and so on 

• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. 

• Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required 

• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations. 

• Highly self-motivated and directed 

• Strong customer service orientation. 

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 

• Fluent in English, both written and spoke
