Key Accountabilities:

Reporting

• Assist in the process, preparation, and analysis of internal reports such as sales reports and monthly closing activities.
• For Brands, report forecast and budget, and financial analysis
• For Service Center Divisions, report Service Center Center cost review, and financial analysis.

System Maintenance & Execution

• Manage SAP functionalities including EMC & Internal Order, Customer & Vendor master, Pricing, and Margin.
• Utilize AFO and CBR systems effectively.
• Handle E-Approval processes efficiently.

Team Support

• Provide support and training for Forecast & Budgeting processes.
• Participate in Investment Control & Assessment including LNR and CER evaluations.
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of policies, guidelines, and Internal Control Systems (ICS).
• Assist in Retail Audit processes.

Others

• Provide support for various projects.
• Handle miscellaneous tasks and assignments as required.

Qualification:

• 2-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting and Controlling roles.
• Prior experience in the consumer, luxury, and fashion industries is preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a longer-term capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP and BI tools is advantageous.
