Sales Representative 1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and dialysis centers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.

2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Provide ongoing support and education to customers regarding product usage and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

3. arket Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and technical support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry conferences as required.

Bachelor¡¯s degree or above
At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device related industry.
More than 3 years of proven sales experience in general & university hospitals.
Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Korea.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid driver¡¯s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Fluency in both Korean and English.
