As a local representative of Roche, PJP works closely with all stakeholders involved in the patient journey within a specific treatment area or ecosystem. 2. Principle Responsibilities
PJP has the authority to request resources and can drive business outcomes by delivering our innovative medicines (new products and services) to customers and patients who can have a significant impact on patient journey, and by providing value.
Scientific exchange
-PJP acts as a TA specialist, sharing scientific experiences by fully grasping, comprehending, and verifying the patient's journey.
-PJP focuses on establishing and implementing strategies for omnichannel to enhance customer experience by integrating and connecting customer communication channels and maximizing patient benefit.
Market Analysis & Planning
PJP monitors the situation in the territory, analyzing data from various sources
(InMKT, CSD, KPIS) to identify potential opportunities. Based on this analysis, PJP develops a plan for the territory and creates business value by providing solutions to customers using the necessary resources.
Unmet need finding and pain point sensing
PJP finds HCP's unmet needs through Insight Gathering, creates an impactful solution while continuously sensing patient pain points, and shares it with the relevant stakeholders.

Internal/ External Collaboration
PJP is designed to address patient pain points identified by the customer.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
Experience:
Strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization, medical, and customer experience excellence
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with TAEs and organizations is required
Experience leading a cross-functional team is required. Experience in both formulating cross-functional strategies and orchestrating cross-functional teams is highly desired.
Demonstrated system thinking and deep listening
Able to understand and leverage digital means and tools is desired
Deep experience in agile ways of working is desired
Oncology experience preferred
Knowledge:
Knowledge and compliance with the South Korea Code of Conduct and relevant standards and guidelines
Deep understanding of patient journey(s) and related treatments in defined disease area(s), enabling engagement at the specialist level.
Robust strategic understanding and tactical implementation of health solutions relevant to the ecosystem, including clinical research
Other relevant capabilities:
Proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise is highly desired
Qualifications:
University degree (scientific, economic, or business degree).
An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus.
Practical understanding of digital innovation methodologies
