INPSIRE Entertainment Resort의 IT Systems and Applications 부서에서 Marketing System [ Membership for non-gaming and gaming, Membership Interface with 3rd party(Adobe AJO, Website, Kisok and etc), Ticketing 등 ] 구축 및 관리,운영 업무를 담당해주실 분을 채용합니다.

카지노 멤버십, 리조트 및 호탤 멤버십 시스팀 등 게이밍 포함 마케팅 관련 시스템을 관리 해야 합니다. SaaS 기반 솔루션이 대부분이기에 연동이 매우 중요합니다.

[Position] Application System Manager (5년 이상)

Position Summary:

This role is part of the team focused on building, management and maintains out our next generation cloud-based PMS and POS platform.  Appropriate candidates have a passion for hotel, fnb and resort emerging technologies with a take charge attitude and a strong drive for success.

In this role you will deliver projects and products on time, within budget, while meeting Inspire’s expectations.  You will Plan, assign, direct and coordinate activities pertaining to technology projects, on an enterprise level or for a major systems implementation program with multiple releases and work streams.

You are responsible for supporting business users and ensuring that the built system operates without problems.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• 5+ years’ experience in Hotel information technology management across diverse application areas and technologies.
• Experience tracking and forecasting project budgets.
• Demonstrated record of managing internal and external projects from inception to successful implementation.
• The ability to diagram the work process clearly.

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Marketing, Business, IT or other related fields preferred.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Integrated Resort or Hotel
• Ability to align change management strategies with project.
• Very high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output in a team environment.
• Strong user of Microsoft Office Products.
• English written and communication skills. 
• Although not essential, experience in the Gaming & Hospitality industry highly advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

•Office & Operational Work Environment.

•Be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time.

•Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.

•Based on Operational requirements, be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

•Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.

•Must be willing to work flexible to support resort operations.

•Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
