This position is primarily responsible for installing and maintaining network and telecommunications hardware and supporting infrastructure. Troubleshoots physical and network level performance issues. Monitors and responds to complex technical control facility hardware and infrastructure problems utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques. Provides daily operations support and maintenance for network and telecommunications systems (including wireless). Proactively monitors networks to provide stable, dependable network services across multiple platforms. Configures and troubleshoots computer networks. Maintains LAN/WAN/telecommunications/wireless operations by working with network and telecom facility and hardware/software vendors to ensure timely problem resolution. Maintains and utilizes network management applications to identify network faults, to ensure the provision of data or other telecommunications access to customers, and the movement of information from one location to the other.

This position is also responsible for providing technical support to End users at Inspire Entertainment Resort on a variety of IT related issues raised from computing hardware and software. S/he will be required to communicate effectively with End users through email, phones and other channels as needed as part of support process in both Korean and English. He/she will provide contact liaison with office IT hardware and software vendors and support the IT Service Desk Supervisor.

• Support: provide ongoing monitoring, performance tuning, implementation, and fault root cause analysis for systems under management. Ensures Service Level Objectives are met.

• Technical Writing: Creation and maintenance of troubleshooting and operational documentation for all systems under management. Authors and peer-reviews knowledgebase articles documenting fault root causes and their respective resolutions.

• Communications: Communicates effectively verbally, and in written form. Carries and responds to offhours communications device, in order to provide 24x7 support for systems under management.

Minimum Education and Qualifications:
