Position Summary
Reporting to the Specialist of Campaigns and Events, the Campaigns & Events Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of all INSPIRE campaigns and events across the Casino and Resort businesses.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Campaign Management –Works with Digital team to roll out campaign communications and redemption mechanisms via digital technologies; works with Brand team to develop effective communication programs to support the event or campaign. Works with Strategic Marketing team to ensure successful segmentation and targeting of campaigns is applied. Creates and follows SOPs ensuring accurate upload of campaign offers to the system and the delivery of the right offers to the right people at the right time. Working from time to time with various agencies and temporary staff.
Event Management – With the exception of MICE and Entertainment, assist to create and execute all items related to the Resort¡¯s non-gaming and gaming events. Ensures adherence to budgets; hires all permanent and temporary support staff and external agencies to assist with successful execution; co-ordinates all operations; supervises the event day. Ensures effective communication to internal departments.
Calendar of Events - Creates & manages an annual calendar of events ensuring detailed planning and execution is applied
Minimum Education and Qualifications
A bachelor¡¯s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or other related fields preferred
1+ years of professional experience in Events and/or Campaign management
Experience in Resort &/or Casino Campaign and Event Management highly favorable but not essential.
Highly skilled in project management and communication
Excellent organizational skills
Strong user of Microsoft Office Products
Ability to work independently
Desired Characteristics: Great communicator, Self-motivated, Inter-personal & proactive to build positive relationships and linkages to internal departments and external groups. 100% customer driven providing all guests with 5-star service; impeccable ability to handle and positively resolve customer complaints.
Excellent Korean and English written and communication skills.
Although not essential, experience in the Gaming & Hospitality industry highly advantageous
