Applicants must have an understanding / knowledge of craps games and dealing experience. This position involves global communication, so we prefer candidates who can communicate their opinions clearly and confidently, even if they are not fluent in the language.
[Position] Dealer - Craps
Position Summary
- Responsible for dealing table games accurately and in a professional, proficient manner according to company’s policies and procedures.
- Provides prompt, accurate, courteous, and entertaining environment for customers.
- Maintains pace of the game and initiates courteous, friendly internal and external customer relations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Lead a number of table games, including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette and others while assisting customers with game-related needs.
Provide good customer service.
Provide information about the rules of the game and observe players for appropriate activity while at the table.
Interact with Pit Supervisors to share concerns and information as well as any misconduct or suspicious behavior while game play.
Exchange money for chips and collect chips for losing bets and direct winning patrons.
Monitor game pace and play while maintaining a positive and fun environment for patrons.
Qualifications
Solid understanding and previous dealing experience of craps game is mandatory.
The ability to count and add quickly and accurately is mandatory.
Customer oriented mindset.
Show flexibility towards work duties and work shift assigned from the Casino Manager.
Demonstrate positive attitude, responsiveness, accountability, service excellence, team-spirit.
Foreign language skills are preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
Operational Work Environment.
Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.
Based on Operational requirements, be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
Must have normal color vision (not color blind)
