O C&B Management
- Work very closely with HQ per all C&B areas to be aligned.
- Coordinate with Payroll vendor Support Payroll, Withholding tax, social charge, etc.
- Manage payroll process and budget process for payroll cost (personal cost)
- Analyze payroll cost actual vs. budget at a monthly basis.
- Support Annual salary review (ICR process) and bonus calculation which related to all Company group guide and brand guideline.
- Participate and handle remuneration survey data.
- Annual Leave management proactively to proper consumption.
- Manage and review benefit programs (medical check-up, group insurance, Flexible benefit, etc.)
- Review & develop Compensation & Benefits Programs to align with the Company¡¯s rewards philosophy and country¡¯s legislative requirement.

O Budget & Reporting
- Responsible for budget process including headcount planning, staff cost forecast, and analysis on personnel cost.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate data in HRIS system.
- Prepare and compile timely and accurate monthly HR reports and other reports as required by the management and administer performance result.
- In charge of monthly HC report (DB report)
- Work for Company group annual report and social report.
- Manage Company group Talent data for newcomer and retiree.

- Minimum 7 years HR experience in service industry, retail is an advantage.

- Well versed in in local labor regulations.         

- Degree qualifications in HRM or related disciplines preferred.

- Excellent people and communication skills to effectively deal with personnel at all levels.

- Flexible and be able to work under pressure and handle uncertainty.

- Committed to fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrate the ability to handle technical and soft side of HR.

- Dynamic, independent, and highly organized

- Must have good command of written and spoken English.

- Hands on computer skills (Words, Excel, PPT, etc)
