Job Purpose:
Main purpose of this position is in charge of conducting inbound support and shipment prioritization for F&BP business. Contribute to urgent shipment follow-up and documents handing to promote inventory circulation. And this position takes appropriate action to reduce lead-time through the out of stock control as a bridge between Inbound and Outbound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize each of shipments number to be arrived at DC.
- Printout receipt list from WMS to begin physical goods inspection by outsourcing workers.
- Access internal web site to check urgent/new items prior to customs clearance and indicate a mark to distinguish each status by sku level.
- Monitor stock reception process by cross checking with customs clearance and logistics team.
- Inform daily arrival notice by email to the related departments and support physical transaction from bonded area to DC site.
- Closely work with Marketing and Logistics team to coordinate smooth transferring to reduce shipping lead-time.
- Report the not available stock list according to goods receiving and shipping status.
- Purchasing and managing packing materials.
- Process EDI tax voucher generated by packing materials.
- Summarize monthly inbound KPI figures to measure productivity and share with colleagues to effective control.
- Monthly closing for inbound data.
- Periodically provide updated SOP and Policy to outsourcing company.
Role Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualification
- University degree in logistics or distribution area
- Good interpersonal communication skills both in English & Korean
Work Experience
- Minimum 1~2 years operation experiences in Supply chain and Logistics fields

- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule according to activity volume
- Good interpersonal communication skills and detail-minded
- Excellent computer skills (MS Excel / Power Point / MS Word)
- Good ability of spoken/written English
