F&B Manager in the smooth running of administrative and operational aspects of F&B within the Resort. Supporting and implementing initiatives and quality standards in all areas of the food operation to facilitate the maximization of revenue against enhanced visitor experience. To assist the Head of Food & Beverage to deliver against the overall park strategy and to manage resources and ensure team development.Additional duties may be required of this position to meet the needs of the business.Key Objectives: To support the delivery of the F&B strategy in conjunction with the Management Team. To ensure full compliance with POS / Inventory processes, Merlin SOPs and all legal requirements. To drive a department focused on exceptional guest experience achieving all KPI targets.
