[Position] F&B Assistant_Culinary (신입, 정규직이나 6개월 인턴 기간)[People Talk]*(한식, 양식, 조리사 자격증 우대, 조리학과 우대)LEGOLAND® Korea Resort, F&B 부서에서 레고랜드코리아 리조트의 F&B Assistant를 담당해 주실 직원(정규직이나 6개월 인턴 기간)을 채용합니다. 호텔 및 Park 내 각각의 Restaurant 및 Outlet 업장에서 Culinary(조리)를 담당해주실 분을 채용합니다. 또한 업무 관련 Global Stakeholder은 물론 다양한 국가의 고객들과의 Communication이 간혹 발생하는 포지션으로 천천히라도 자기 의사를 표현할수 있는 분은 우대합니다. 자세한 사항은 반드시 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다. Position Summary: This position will support the Asst. F&B Manager in the smooth running of administrative and operational aspects of F&B within the Resort. Supporting and implementing initiatives and quality standards in all areas of the food operation to facilitate the maximization of revenue against enhanced visitor experience. To assist the Head of Food & Beverage to deliver against the overall park strategy and to manage resources and ensure team development.Additional duties may be required of this position to meet the needs of the business.Key Objectives: To support the delivery of the F&B strategy in conjunction with the Management Team. To ensure full compliance with POS / Inventory processes, Merlin SOPs and all legal requirements. To drive a department focused on exceptional guest experience achieving all KPI targets.
